Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If the address provided isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for your products shipped.
Return Shipping Rates are not the flat rates set on our checkout page. Most of the shipping cost is already calculated in the product you are buying. With that said. You will be responsible for the entire shipping cost of the item if you are exchanging for another size but not limited to. Shipping for a hoodie, for example, is 14.95$ to return. Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable)..
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of. So no returns on these items.
Returns: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in within 7 days after delivery. After 7 days, we will not process any returns or exchanges.
WE DO NOT ISSUE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY CUSTOM APPAREL.
Once your return is received and inspected, We will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your item . We will, notify you if your item is cleared for a return or exchange. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 7 to 14 business days, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale Items are final sales and cannot in anyway be returned or exchanged.
